That is a soft yes. There is a lot lacking but in tbe end I want to think they are doing the right thing. The bad. Communication is absolutely horrible. This is biggest frustration. Dropped of my car on Monday morning and was told I wod hear from the at the latest Tuesday late morning. I never heard from the all day Tuesday. On Wednesday after leaving unanswered messages I called back and the receptionist finally tracked down information which was still not very great but they would let me know Thursday morning. Again nothing was communicated and I had to call again to chase down information and finally was told car would be ready fo pickup. I did get my car finally but definitely dont feel important as a customer. The good. This was the 4th major issue in 3 years and while nothing is being done to get me into a better situation knowing the horrible set of circumstances my crappy car has caused me, they did fix without any issues under factory warranty. I really struggle with the idea of buying another car there but who knows. At this point leaning towards a more reliable car make like Honda or Toyota. More

Not able to correct my issue and saying it was how I drive. Then had my recall part in and the same day. But no communication to fix it so I have to make another appointment and lose my truck for ano drive. Then had my recall part in and the same day. Doesn’t make me happy they said the part was never ordered but when I made appointment for my truck it was order then so do I need to go to another dealer who can manage to do things, correct probably then your team tried to make me pay for my oils and tire rotation of 87.00 when it was already a free service when I bought my truck and Scott never even looked at me when he came up to the cashier to correct issue Oil change and tire rotation of no charge. I am very pleased with my experience! I used my employee purchase program and a member of the Internet department made me an offer for a 2020 Lincoln Corsair with the rare 202a Reserve II package. They said they didn’t have the car but could dealer trade. They connected me with my sales person Sarah Vargas who I requested to get the car for me and she was even able to get the Beyond Blue interior package! When I came in they had some trouble making the numbers work but the general manager Gary Precin stepped in and made it happen! I’m very pleased with the Corsair it is the best true luxury crossover made today and I’m pleased with the team at Joe Rizza Lincoln!!! They really follow through on their word and so far have delivered exceptional service after the sale and when my lease is up you better believe I’ll lease another Lincoln from Sarah!!! More
