The service was good, but the vehicle broke down on me at the grocery store 2 days after purchasing it. The battery was fried and I had to get a new one. The first time I rolled the passenger side window down to talk to a friend, the weather stripping came down with it and I couldn’t roll it back up. The brakes were squeaking and had to have new brake pads put on within a week or two of having the vehicle. I bought a used vehicle, so I know it could have some minor issues, but all three of those were very embarrassing for purchasing a new-to-me vehicle. More

Nice salesman. Faulty bed liner fitted. Told it was to be swapped out. Denied the claim now though I have screen captures and videos from day 1 of the cascading water and the salesman’s word of reinstalling swapped out. They lost my keys so couldn’t swap it there and then. Now service say I crimped the bed and they have no proof of the truck present being the truck presented to them. Though the pictures show my plate, house and sign written name on the vehicle beside it whilst filmed. Ford told me to call the BBB as my emails and phone calls are not being answered. Lovely salesperson but 0/5 for rating. More
