This dealer stated I would need to pay a diagnostic fee for them to assess my vehicle before they would process an official manufacturer safety recall which I received in the mail for my vehicle. I spoke for them to assess my vehicle before they would process an official manufacturer safety recall which I received in the mail for my vehicle. I spoke to the service manager for probably 15 minutes. I'm baffled a dealer would behave this way. More

Epidemy of sleezy car salesmen. Didn’t disclose actual cost of vehicle when I inquired about availability. When I came in, I was asked if I knew what the actual cost of the car was… Didn’t disclose actual cost of vehicle when I inquired about availability. When I came in, I was asked if I knew what the actual cost of the car was…I was dumbfounded…was led to believe that the advertised price online was the price I would pay. Classic bait and switch. Needless to say, I left and immediately drove to another Lincoln dealership and immediately purchased car from them. Honesty always wins in the end! More

If anyone is considering visiting Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park, I strongly recommend that you STOP, turn around, and RUN in the opposite direction. I’m so fed up with them that my parents have cont Orland Park, I strongly recommend that you STOP, turn around, and RUN in the opposite direction. I’m so fed up with them that my parents have contacted their attorney. If anything else happens to my car, we might have grounds for a lawsuit. I purchased a 2011 Infiniti FX35 on 4/8/2022. The following day, it broke down. Four days later, the dealership called a tow truck. After the time the tow truck driver picked it up, it did not arrive at the dealership for over 24 hours. I called the dealership and demanded answers. To this day, they have told me nothing. I sent a very clear email to Bill Kassanitz. In my email, I asked three simple questions: Why did it take the tow truck driver 24 hours to return my car to the dealership? How long will the repair take? Please relay the information to the mechanic that I want documentation of everything you replaced on my car as well as to run a full diagnostic report. In our phone call, he did answer the second question. He said the repair would take a few days at most. After our phone call, I waited for two weeks. What happened to my Infiniti was that it ran out of gas and the fuel gauge was broken. When I ran out of gas, the needle registered over a half-tank of gas. I assume they sold it to me with about a quarter-tank. I got my car back today, and there was less than a quarter tank of gas in the tank. When I asked Bill to fill it, he told me he could only give me $25 worth of gas. I asked for $40. I also told him I would be posting the facts on dealership review websites. He basically blew up on me. He refused to give me any money for gas and told me to “get out now.” He told me the same, typical, car salesman xx about “after everything I’ve done for you, you’re gonna blast me online?” He did nothing for me. Dealerships are required by law to fix your vehicle if it breaks down within 15 days. The most you can pay is $100. In closing, my experience was completely unsatisfactory and will possibly require litigation. I recommend you go anywhere else. You could probably find a car in better condition in Eastern Ukraine.
