Brought my 2006 Explorer in for service and when the Service Advisor called to tell me what needed to be fixed he quoted me a price that was a few hundred dollars less than what the EXTREMELY condescend Service Advisor called to tell me what needed to be fixed he quoted me a price that was a few hundred dollars less than what the EXTREMELY condescending and rude male cashier told me the total cost was when I went in to pick up my car later that day. And my 5 year extended warranty expired 3 months ago so of course, they just now figured out there actually was something wrong with my left turn signal that would cost a couple hundred dollars to fix even though I've brought it in to be fixed several times during my 5 year warranty and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Our salesman was Frank Herrera. He did everything he could to earn our business. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire sales process and helped us setup our Bluetooth phone with Sync could to earn our business. Frank stayed pass closing time on two separate occasions to help us with the vehicle. He even threw in a full complimentary tank of gas and a complimentary oil change for our new vehicle. We received a great value from Frank and Gary Precin. Gary Precin is a very friendly, professional, and personable individual who works hard on building a customer relationship and approving great sales prices. Bob Rosson is top-notch and committed to product quality and customer service excellence. It really shows that Bob puts his customer satisfaction first. I pick up a genuine warmth and caring attitude from Bob. Bob clearly explained the optional warranty, sourced our after-market running boards, seal coatings, and made sure any scratches were buffed out or repaired. Bob ensured that our demo vehicle was restored to showroom quality before final delivery. Bill from finance (didn't get his last name) was also patient with us and clearly outlined all the financial details within our sales contract so that we clearly understood everything. Overall the sales and service of our Ford vehicle from Rizza Ford was extremely satisfying. More

I'm so happy and have to share! I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and can't say a bad thing about a one. (we still own 2 of them) But now I wanted a [used] Hummer H3 Alpha with specific options from this dealership and can't say a bad thing about a one. (we still own 2 of them) But now I wanted a [used] Hummer H3 Alpha with specific options & color and each time I saw one I knew I wanted THAT TRUCK. I contacted Paul Jensen @ Rizza Ford who said he didn't have one but would do what he could to locate the vehicle 'I wanted', and after nearly a week I got the call, "We found your truck" I needed pictures sent and the list of items on it, I know I was brutal but I also KNEW WHAT I WANTED. I'll be darned, it was the VERY TRUCK I had been looking for, and BETTER! I'm so excited. I love my truck and want everyone to know, Paul you made my day when u found my truck!!! Thank You!!! More

I purchased a vehicle in September while I was visiting my family. I am a US Soldier and was enroute to Georgia. The contract had to be resent to me TWICE to be resigned because of errors made by Tony Rizz my family. I am a US Soldier and was enroute to Georgia. The second time I sent the contract back I had to include the first month's loan payment in a check made out to Joe Rizza Ford, which was immediately cashed. My temporary registration was only good for 30 days and I called Michelle at the tax/title office to get my title so I could register it in Georgia where I was living. I left over 10 messages and never received a return phone call. I finally received the title in the mail on Friday, November 4th after work. On Monday I took it to the tag office in GA to register the vehicle and the dealer NEGLECTED to sign as the buyer on the front of the title. I had to overnight the title BACK to Illinois to get it signed. Also on November 4th, I received notice in the mail that my vehicle loan was defaulted on and went to collections due to non-paymnet. I had no idea my loan had already been given to a bank and that the dealership failed to make a payment, since they previously cashed my check. I left numerous messages for someone in the title office, business office, or the manager to return my call to no avail. This business is absolutely awful. More

We did all the research to buy the car through online services. We had a check in hand. When we walked in- the person who knew who we were didn't even introduce himself. He made several rude comments about us and our arrival time. We came during the 1hour window of time we said we would (on the drive down we even called to confirm that). He did not show us the car. He let us look. We were allowed to "test drive" the car which comprised of about a 1.5 mile drive down the frontage road, then we were told to turn around and go back to the dealer. There was a 2000$ item that was broken on the car. There was about 200$ of electronic equpiment missing, and the door code was not reset ($75). They had this car sold. Perfect price, perfect milage, and we thought great condition. Very shady salesman and shady dealership. His compromise was a 100$ discount. His manager tried to smooth out the deal (Gary Precin) and offered to fix what was wrong with the car. By that time it was too late. The problems we found with the car we found ourselves after they had said it was perfect. I can't even imagine what would else have been wrong with it if we would have bought it. Very Shady. Do NOT recommend and do not Trust them at all!!! More
