Do not shop for a used vehicle here! These guys are the definition of "THAT" used car salesmen. Told my father and myself the car was in close to excellent condition but would not let us take it to our rep definition of "THAT" used car salesmen. Told my father and myself the car was in close to excellent condition but would not let us take it to our repairman to do a quality check and PROMISED that there was nothing wrong with it so we bought it (they also promised to have the side mirror fixed by the time I came to pick it up, which was also broken and they tried selling us the car without it). We took the car to our repairman who later told us the brakes were SHOT and the battery - that they told us was NEW - was almost dead and had no battery pan. And those are just the top 2 issues my repairman addressed. I am VERY upset with this dealership, do not let them take your money. More
Beware of any used cars from this dealership. I went there to purchase and older used car and was aware that it was an as-is sale. However, the salesmen assure you that their service department have ins there to purchase and older used car and was aware that it was an as-is sale. However, the salesmen assure you that their service department have inspected these cars for safety and mechanical soundness, so I was fine with as-is. But I bought the car and three weeks later heard a noise and after taking it back to Rizza found out that it needed a new engine. From what I have been told the problem with the engine would take longer than three weeks to develop and would have been apparent to the mechanics. Meaning the engine was bad when they sold it as a vehicle in good shape. The only thing they have done is to give me a rental for a few days and introduce to a mechanic who can do the work reasonably. Please beware of any used cars from this dealership. Make sure if you buy one to take it to an outside mechanic to have it checked, no matter what the salespeople say. I also had to wait a long time for the paperwork, the engine went out before I got my title. More

Brought my 2006 Explorer in for service and when the Service Advisor called to tell me what needed to be fixed he quoted me a price that was a few hundred dollars less than what the EXTREMELY condescend Service Advisor called to tell me what needed to be fixed he quoted me a price that was a few hundred dollars less than what the EXTREMELY condescending and rude male cashier told me the total cost was when I went in to pick up my car later that day. And my 5 year extended warranty expired 3 months ago so of course, they just now figured out there actually was something wrong with my left turn signal that would cost a couple hundred dollars to fix even though I've brought it in to be fixed several times during my 5 year warranty and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
