Our salesman, John Donoghue, was great - he made the "New car purchase" a wonderful experience. The only problem we had was that a porter cleaned out our trade-in and they overlooked a few things, like "New car purchase" a wonderful experience. The only problem we had was that a porter cleaned out our trade-in and they overlooked a few things, like our I-Pass (we did call John and he said he would get the I-Pass from our old car.) I know this was done for our convenience, but we would have preferred to clean it out ourselves. Other than that, we love our new Kia. Our thanks to everyone. More
