This summer was my first experience with Joe Rizza Ford. I was a college graduate looking to buy my first car and I was very impressed with the 2013 model of the Ford Fusion. When I walked in the dealership, I was greeted by one of the salesman, Joe Vlastelica, who I worked with throughout the entirety of my car buying experience. He was knowledgable and extremely helpful every step of the way. One thing that really stood out to me was how comfortable Joe made me feel throughout the whole process. At other dealerships, salesman were attacking me for my business, while Joe simply made me feel like a valued customer. I never felt pressured into making a decision, which allowed me to take my time and pick out the perfect car for me. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service at Joe Rizza Ford and I couldn't be happier with my new Fusion. I would recommend this dealership, as they have definitely secured my business in the future. More
Initially, my wife and I, had all of our questions answered regarding make and models in which we were interested. The sales person showed us different models when the one we had in mind proved to be answered regarding make and models in which we were interested. The sales person showed us different models when the one we had in mind proved to be a little too expensive. We switched completely from one make, Ford-Escape to the KIA Sorrento, and the salesman was as well versed in this make as he was in the Ford. We were provided answers to several questions which made out decision easier, and in particular pricing was, in my opinion, fair and affordable. Mostly, it was the patience of the sales person that made the deal happen. If I had detected impatience I would have gone elsewhere. In this case, not only the quality vehicle/SUV, but the quality employee convinced us this was the way to go. No pressure, no inaccuracies, no statements misrepresented. Additionally, knowledgeable straightforward people followed up with explanations regarding maintenance and other available coverage. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the offers at the time. We did not feel any undue pressure during our experience while visiting the showroom. I hope that the relationship continues in this fashion. More
Everything was great until my first Service experience. No one showed me how to use the Remote Start that was installed on the vehicle, someone had their bottle of water in my car and spilled it all over t No one showed me how to use the Remote Start that was installed on the vehicle, someone had their bottle of water in my car and spilled it all over the passenger seat, my second key which was promised to me still hasnt arrived 11 days after purchase, and I was supposed to get 4 free oil changes as per the deal when I bought the car and they wouldnt honor it at the service department without proof(which wasnt given to me). More

Fantastic customer service. I went in to get an oil change on my sportage and was walking around looking at the cars and started to talk to Steve Lillie. I was sharing that I wanted something with bett change on my sportage and was walking around looking at the cars and started to talk to Steve Lillie. I was sharing that I wanted something with better mileage and he showed me the ford c-max. He was very nice and answered all my questions. I wanted a specific color with an upgrade and he sent someone to Wisconsin and had it ready for me within 24 hours. The manager Brian came by and was very helpful as well!
