He was easy-going and knowledgeable about the vehicle; even though it was just one used Chevy at a Ford dealership. I showed him the printout from the website I'd been using, which listed the "fair" price. He matched that, adding basically just the Cook County and Illinois taxes. Sold. Hamde - their finance manager - was also very easy to deal with and helpful. This was one of my most pleasant car buying experiences. More

Upon arrival, with Miles on the phone, Jose Munoz welcomed me and immediately pulled up the Mustang. He and I then confirmed an agreed upon purchase price and they then appraised my trade-in. After limited, not-unexpected negotiations, we settled on what I feel was a fair price. While they readied the new vehicle, Hamde Nassar was very personable & professional in reviewing my protection & maintenance options. Before leaving, Jose made sure my iPhone was paired w/the car and all my questions were answered. I went in on a Saturday a few weeks ago and discussed a couple of car options. Salesman stated that he would work with me and even order a car if needed. Also stated he really didn't like processing the Costco Program discount. We left with he would be in contact on Monday. I didn't hear from him until I called on Wednesday. At which point he informed me he "lost" my notes. Stated he would call me back later in the day. I still haven't heard from him. Just completed purchased with Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln in Naperville. It couldn't have been a smoother car buying process. I cannot say enough good things about Fair Oaks. More
