Tho I am neutral on the dealership as a whole,not all the service writers are customer friendly nor overly accommodating as they need be, especially when the vehicle has been purchased there, and has the bes service writers are customer friendly nor overly accommodating as they need be, especially when the vehicle has been purchased there, and has the best warranty. Tho all are entitled to excellent service, how about a little more respect to those that chose Joe Rizza? Not all services shud be charged in full to the Rizza customer, maybe a 10% discount for Rizza loyalty. I am usually upset when my appointment is over . . feel placated.
