The representative was rude and impatient, repeatedly interrupting me and responding curtly with “is that it?” to each service request. A total of four items two of which are known issues with the make, model, and year vehicle we have. When I asked about their advertised pickup service, she became openly annoyed, claiming it would delay my appointment 4 weeks because “most people don’t want that.” She emphasized three times that no loaner would be provided regardless of warranty coverage, stating they “don’t have to do that” unlike other dealers. Her condescending attitude made requesting basic advertised services feel like an inconvenience. She suggested I “probably won’t want to go through all of that” regarding warranty rental procedures. I canceled and returned to my previous dealer, who handles scheduling and pickup service professionally. Service departments shouldn’t belittle customers for using services included with their vehicle purchase. Avoid this dealership - unprofessional service culture that fails to support customers properly. More

Terrible experience, set an appointment for Saturday to come look and purchase a car living 4 hours away from the dealer. Was in communication with them multiple times. Then the sell the car out from underneath me the day before on Friday and don’t tell me anything until half way into my trip on Saturday knowing that I was making a 4 hour journey. Do not recommend doing business with a dealer who struggle with communication and integrity. More
