I only came back to this dealership to possibly buy a vehicle, after, visiting them for an oil change with my daughter in law, because of Sean's hospitality! Sales process is the old method. Meaningless time waiting at the salespersons desk while he goes back to talk to the mystery man about the deal. They printed out a carfax to show us trade-in value and left off leather seats and sunroof that reduced our value by $1,000. After we agreed to the deal it took 2 hours to complete paperwork. Car went through cleaning process twice and we still had to take it to the car wash the following day. Last car we bought we were in and out in less than one hour. If we did not like the car so much we would likely have walked out. More
