A stellar experience all around - so great that I bought my car from them more than 1,200 miles away! My salesmen at the time Cody was an absolute gem to work with - honest, transparent, communicative, professional, and truly caring. He made sure he got my name on that car and took care of any other issues I had along the way. Other salesmen take note - this guy is a role model for what a salesman should be! Shortly before delivery about a month later, my sale transfered over to Leo who was also exceptional to work with, and kept the same stellar level of customer service as Cody had provided me with. Wrapping up finance with Anthony was also simple as could be, a great guy and super helpful. There were a few hickups here and there, but Leo & Anthony were quick to sort everything out, and really went above and beyond to help me realize my dream of owning a Golf R (and for that I thank them once again!). All in all, I wish every car buying experience was this easy! If you read my reviews, you'll see how terrible of an experience I had with a local dealer in CT.. which led me to buy from this dealreship instead. And I'm glad I did! I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat if/when the time comes. Thank you for the great experience! More
