After several days with no updates, I had to call multiple times only to receive inconsistent information about readiness and newly discovered issues. Promised callbacks did not happen. Despite the car being undrivable and in their possession, I was denied a goodwill loaner and could not reach finance when attempting to discuss options, my call went straight to voicemail. I escalated the issue to VW corporate simply to get basic communication and temporary transportation while waiting on parts. More
Jade she was ok to begin with but as soon as the sale was completed became very hateful. There was a warranty issue as the car is older. We found out after the purchase there was no extended warranty covera completed became very hateful. There was a warranty issue as the car is older.
