I purchased a new ford focus in feburary 2013. I have had it in the shop five times since then for the same reasonings each time.. We stopped by Machens Ford because we were looking for a new vehicle but didn't know what make or model we would choose. Randy Wells met us with a huge smile and a firm handshake. Randy took the time to listen to our criteria and showed us several models that met the criteria. He was very knowledgeable about the autos on the lot and understood we were "firm lookers". He gave us his card and told us to call him if we had any questions. Because of Randy's knowledge and the great options we found in the Ford Fusion, we made the 50 mile trip to meet with him. Randy helped us decide on a 2014 Ford Fusion (without the usual high pressure tactics some dealerships use) and we ordered it that day. We picked up our Ford this evening and Randy was there to answer every question we had and helped us get in and out of the dealership very quickly with our new car. He also e-mailed us information so we can research options on our new Ford at our convenience. We would highly recommend this dealership and Randy Wells as a "super" sales person!
