He didn't high pessure me in to buying and wanted to make sure that I was very happy with my purchase. I have always own a Nissan and thought I would never change. Don showed me the Ford Explore and I'm very happy with it. The Explore is way more than I thought it would be. I have mention to Several of my friends if they wanted a new or used car that Jeff City and Don is the person to talk to. Getting all the paper work done was a breeze. Couldn't have been more happy with Matt and Terry in the maine office. They made buying a car so easy that I will work with Don in purchasing my next car in the furture. I'm so happy that my girlfriend told me to call him. Wish all salesman where this easy to work with. More

I had already done the reseached on my car and knew what I wanted for it. I knew what kind of deal it would take to make a deal on a new car. They did better than I expected. My husband and I have been looking for a Ford Explorer for about a year and have dealt with several other dealerships. All of the other dealerships wanted to sell us what was on the lot versus asking wha for about a year and have dealt with several other dealerships. All of the other dealerships wanted to sell us what was on the lot versus asking what specific features we were looking for and finding it. As a result, we left frustrated and never returned. Scott Jackson did just the opposite! A family member had purchased a used vehicle from Scott and was very pleased with the service she received so we thought we would also give him a chance. He located an Explorer for us to test drive just to verify it was exactly what we wanted and then made it happen. Within a week we were in our new vehicle with all the features we requested. I absolutely LOVE my new Explorer and I look forward to working with Joe Machens more in the future. I would highly recommend Scott Jackson for new or used vehicle purchases! More
