They took care of any issue with insurance company and left me out as the “middle person” and that was great for me. They were also very helpful in choosing a close rental car company and offered shuttle service to and from. My car was estimated to take 5 days and was finished in 2 days. The job was immaculate! I am very pleased with the work that was done and the service that was offered. More

The experience of working with Joe Holland Chevrolet was so pleasurable and outstanding. The entire staff is concerned about your happiness and your opinions. Stan Goldsmith was very nice and considerate and wanted my experience with my 2018 Chevrolet Cruz to be a pleasant one, which it was. Also, Roger Davis, the financial person, was extremely helpful and, I could tell, was working for my benefit at all times. Thank you Joe Holland Chevrolet for being a community business focused on customers as their number one priority. More

No customer service skills I just paid first payment on a +$30K vehicle that has now spent a combined total of 7 days and increasing in the repair shop. Bought 2018 Traverse fro I just paid first payment on a +$30K vehicle that has now spent a combined total of 7 days and increasing in the repair shop. Bought 2018 Traverse from JH. Needs a new sticker and clean up. Take in for sticker, tell salesman that one day I started the vehicle and the light came in that said “AWD needs service.” He says ok we will look at it and you can pick it up in a few hours. Calls me later (I hang out in Charleston as it is a 45 minute drive from my home), tells me it needs a part that has been ordered next delivery, come get a loaner vehicle. Back to dealership where i am advised there is to be no eating or drinking in loaner car and no pets or it is $250 fine. Also, better be filled up with gas when i return it or they charge me $4/gallon. They take pictures of loaner and i drive away, expecting to hear something the following day. Hear nothing. The weekend passes, nothing. I ask salesman via text about the part because at this point i have no idea what exactly is wrong with my vehicle. I’m told a sensor. No estimated time it will be ready. On the morning of day 6, i am almost to work (45 minute commute) when I receive a phone call from salesman saying car is ready. I hurry to dealership, go thru all paperwork to get my Traverse back and turn in loaner. The loaner had about 3/4 of a tank of gas; therefore, i will be charged $4/gallon for their “inconvenience.” I advise the nice lady at loaner desk she can bill my card but i want to speak with the manager of the service Dept. Unfortunately, Lloyd was not available by phone, so i was advised they would have him call me. I never received a call from Lloyd, but my card was not billed. A few weeks have passed, Traverse needs an oil change and i was encouraged by JH staff to take advantage of the free oil change and tire rotation i get from my purchase of a new car. I drop my vehicle off at 7:20 am for regular oil change and tire rotation. Around 930-10, i receive a call that my vehicle is ready. I get a ride back to the dealership and claim my vehicle. As i get onto the interstate, the car makes a bit or a roaring noise and starts to shake so after a short distance i pull over. I call the service department and speak to Evan Strickland who i left my vehicle with that morning. I explain what i am experiencing and he proceeds to ask me if i can “limp it back to the shop.” Considering i am sitting in the edge of the interstate as there was a very small shoulder to pull over on, i attempted to “limp” back. At about 30 MPH on a busy highway, the car shakes and swerved nearly uncontrollably, so i pull over again. I got out of the car to check the tires. The back drivers side wheel was barely on. A lug nut fell off in my hand when i touched it, and the rest came off with barely a full twist. I call the service department again when a very nice lady says she will try to get someone to come get me as i am almost late for my 11:00 meeting and sitting along a busy highway. Eventually the shuttle picks me up and takes me to my office. Once back in the office, i had my fiancé call the dealership as it was nearly noon, my car was along the highway, and i had to go to a meeting. He was advised by Lloyd that the lug nuts were now tight and all was well. When asked how he could sure no damage was done to the wheel or corresponding lug studs, Lloyd advised that they “eyeballed” them and they looked ok. Obviously one can not see all possible cracks or weaknesses in the wheel with the naked eye, so it was requested that as a precautionary measure the wheel was replaced. Lloyd agreed and advised that I would be receiving a call from someone regarding a loaner. At 3pm, I had yet to receive a call about a loaner so my fiancé contacted service Dept again as I had another meeting. I was then called and advised the only vehicle available was a Chevy cruise. I advised I live in rural Clay county, off a one lane country road, and felt a higher up vehicle like an SUV or truck would be safer due to the possibility of dragging the cruise. Unfortunately I was told one was not available. I got another ride with a coworker back to the dealership (third time today) at 415. Luckily a customer had returned a loaner truck and I was able to take it home. While signing up for my loaner I was given the same spill as previously about no eating, drinking, dirt, pets etc or i will incur a fee and the vehicle must be filled up upon its return or I will be charged $4/gallon for gas. I feel like the device I received from JH on each account was the worst customer service I have received anywhere. A loaner car should have been delivered to me. I should not have been threatened about taking care of said loaner car. I have 4 children, a 45 minute commute, and live in a farm. It is a major inconvenience to be without my vehicle and walk on egg shells while in possession of the loaner for fear of additional fees and fines. I regret buying my vehicle at JH and I will never buy another one there More

We had our two young children with us and never once did anyone make them seem like a burden. We found a truck we liked, asked to look at it and when we heard that the truck was eligible for some rebates we decided to try for it instead of passing up the deal. Long story short, we left with a new truck. More
