I had an issue with my vehicle and it was fixed correctly and I was kept informed during the process. I am impressed with the service team and the great work that was done. I had my vehicle at another dealership and they couldn't find the issue but it is now correct and is perfect. Thanks to all of you.
Bought at 2025 Tahoe in May, by the end of May noticed rattles in the interior back side panels. Was told they fixed them. Drove the vehicle 45 minutes to my home, it was not fixed. Returned a week later for the same rattle that they “finally fixed.” Again, a month later the rattle returned. I need my vehicle so I didn’t make it back in until yesterday, November 7 where they said they adjusted the panel and fixed it, mind you I also have paint coming off a small piece on the exterior window that also had to be looked at. Drove my car through sissonville, heard the rattle again, actually my son heard it since they sit back that. After turning the radio down, it certainly was back. I was literally 15-20 minutes away. At this point I’m done talking to Chris, I’m requesting to speak to the owner or the manager over the entire service department. My parents have driven fords my entire life, had an expedition since 2000, it has over 300,000 miles and my dad now uses it as a farm vehicle. It has rattles, now. He also has a newer expedition that he bought a few years ago without any issues. How does a brand new vehicle have a rattle? I can’t believe how people take zero pride in their workmanship. I would want a new vehicle, under warranty to be fixed and corrected. I would be embarrassed if I had a customer have to call again about an issue (4th time now).
Do not go here. Bought a brand new Chevy trax, only put 2,000 miles on it so far and the check engine light is on and I can’t even put gas in this car. They claim they fixed the issue, I go to pick my car up the check engine light is still on so they take it back and this time they claim they forgot to “tighten” a clamp down. Now a day later my light is back on again and nobody can answer a phone call. Worst place I’ve ever bought a car from!
In the area and stopped in to ask and was Told us they didn't require arbitration agreement to buy a vehicle. (I'm a veteran and do not believe in being forced to give up my rights) made another trip the next day to purchase one and explained this to 3 employees who said it was only required on extended warranty. Spent couple of hours of our time only to find THEY LIED. First paper they stuck in front of me...We walked out.
Richard Kingsley in sales was phenomenal. He went above and beyond. I was out of state and treated my dad and I as if we were on the showroom floor. Even sent new and clear photos of the vehicle along with setting it aside before our arrival. Consistent and clear communication all the way through, it was always a pleasure talking to him.
This is my fourth car. I’ve purchased from Joe Holland my salesman. Rich Kingsley is second to none. The service department are honest, very knowledgeable and friendly people. One of the most important things is how you’re treated after the sale and without an exception I have been treated just as good after the sale then before the sale. Michael Banner, the lead tech in the service department is honest and very knowledgeable of his job. In fact all the salesman and every employee and every part of Joe Holland our second to none!! I highly recommend are give them a try then you will be able to experience buy a car knowing you’re going to be dealt with fair and honest from people with integrity
