Not only did Chris get us the price we wanted but he looked for and found the exact color. Chris made this car shopping experience pleasurable which says a lot because I hate buying a car. I had gone to other dealerships searching for a vehicle and they all played the game of running back and forth to see what price and trying to convince me to get another color. Not Chris, he talked to us and got exactly what I wanted. This is my second new car purchase from Joe Holland and I would highly recommend anyone to go there. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Selection would not give me this option. More

Perfect service - but we didnt steal a car. I bought a 2012 Equinox in January 2015. My experience has been great with the dealership so far. The transmission recently went out 10 months after purchase. It was still under warranty so they covered everything for me. They gave me a loaner for 2 weeks while my car was fixed. A 2016 Chevy Malibu was our loaner vehicle and it was also great. On the last day to get our vehicle back, we had a call from OnStar emergency. It was the dealership asking why we were in that car. A simple explanation of the situation cleared it up. The caller told us they had done an inventory of the lot, and our loaner had come up missing. They were going to call the cops for a stolen vehicle. A simple paperwork error on behalf of a clerk I'm sure and one had it come to fruition (or we werent int he car) that would have changed my review drastically due to being placed under arrest. Great people, maybe the back room needs a little tidying up though. More

Excellent I have always had a good experience at Joe Holland. You get what you pay for and Joe Holland is by far the most cost effective choice for my Equinox. The days of crawling under the hood and poking around in the car are over. Automobiles are far too high tech for the inexperienced mechanic. I take my car to Chevy experts. More

Good People My wife's car needed inspection, and all went fairly well. It needed new air filters and they checked alignment. Back alignment was not done due to My wife's car needed inspection, and all went fairly well. It needed new air filters and they checked alignment. Back alignment was not done due to bad bar. Bar is now on order and alignment will proceed when parts come in, in a couple of days. Very good communication is very helpful. More
