Great service but high prices Joe Holland has excellent customer service and they do outstanding work but the prices are just to high for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I know people say you get what you pay for but a tire rotation is still a tire rotation and you can choose a more expensive oil if you choose at other places and it still not cost as much. More

He was patient & friendly, not a high pressure salesman & attentive to what we were looking for. We had plenty of time & opportunity to make sure we got the car for us. The other staff we had the pleasure of working/speaking with were friendly & helpful as well. Definitely worth the 1 - 1/2 hour drive! Pricing was spot on, actually a little lower than the Kelley Blue Book fair purchase price. More
Not Truthful The car pictured on their internet site was NOT the car available when we arrived at the dealership. I called and spoke with the sales manager and we made the deal over the phone. We were to pick up the car that afternoon. It was an hour and a half drive. The car was not clean. They sent a guy out with a spray bottle instead of washing it. Next, one of the valve caps on a tire was green. The other three were silver as they should be. They said they didn't know why. I still suspect that the car had wheel damage they wouldn't disclose. Next, the car came with parts to be dealer installed. They are still in the trunk. Next the door sill plate that lights up and says Camaro was broken. When I got home I checked the tire pressures. They were all low and one was almost 10 lbs low. Additionally it was a half quart low on oil. When we took possession the finance manager told the salesman to order a front license plate bracket since we live in Ohio. It was not ordered. The finance manager gave me the runaround for a month and a half on these parts telling me to check with him next week. I still don't have them and I've had to file a complaint with Chevrolet. I've bought approximately 15 new GM cars in my lifetime. This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had. More

The people that work there are always polite and professional. my previous car was also a Hyundai in which I got it serviced at Joe Holland... The service work is very good and dependable. Service center is very slow I have been sitting in the service center now for 1 hour and 40 minutes..for an oil change. This is a free oil change per the purchase contract so the I have been sitting in the service center now for 1 hour and 40 minutes..for an oil change. One hour ago they came and told me that they need $80 for an alignment. I wasn't expecting that so I declined at this time. They obviously were with my car then but still I sit. More

When I reached the dealership I was greeted by Warren and quickly introduced to my sales rep, Zack. Zack asked my needs and proceeded to show me vehicles that met those needs. I decided on a Z71 Colorado. After my choice, Brent came in and introduced himself, congratulated me on my choice, and thanked me for my business and time.
