On November 11, posted a review regarding Joe Cooper disregarding rebates for Military & First Responders. Received a courtesy email advising to contact Service Manager. Calls to reach the Service Manager have gone unanswered and messages left at the number provided have all gone un-returned. Speaks volumes about the organization when management won't even speak to their customers, return calls or answer questions! Ford Motor Company advises they publish the rebates and rely on local dealers to implement and process. Does Joe Cooper participate in Ford Rebate Programs? Apparently not! More
Purchased needed set of tires and was told about rebates offered when scheduled appointment. When picked up vehicle on Oct 22, cashier said and (doubled checked to confirm with someone) that rebates were t offered when scheduled appointment. Ford offers a Military & First Responder rebate on tires which clearly says applied at time of transaction, however the cashier said they didn't have any way to process those rebates and to contact Ford. Ford says the dealer is responsible. The cashier said she would have a manager call back, however no one has. I was contacted regarding a survey on service and explained I was happy with the tires, just the issue with rebate program. Again I was told someone would get back with me. After a week, I called back and went on line seeking to contact a manager. I did get a call from a man who inquired about why and then stated the managers were Marcus and Dustin and he would have one contact me. Still no call back. Evidently service pushes the rebates without understanding them and then doesn't seem to want to honor them. The rebates were a factor in deciding where to purchase the tires, so Military & First Responders be aware the Ford Military & First Responder Rebate is not what it claims at Joe Cooper! More

Told me the oil change would be over $210 and they would keep my vehicle for 5 days. Had the same oil change done there 5 months ago on the same vehicle cost was $106. I called another Ford Dealership, they quoted me $107 for the oil change and would get my vehicle done same day or next day worst case. Joe Cooper Ford Service has been going down hill for awhile. I have several friends and a relative that have also had bad experiences. BUYER BEWARE!! More
Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. First their used car department sold me a 2020 Ranger that had transmission issues. Then after taking it to their service department twice they coul First their used car department sold me a 2020 Ranger that had transmission issues. Then after taking it to their service department twice they couldn’t fix it. The used car manager refused to let me return the truck and told me to contact the service manager. After leaving several messages with the service manager, who never called me back, I took the truck to METRO FORD OF OKC who got the transmission fixed under warranty! Not going back to joe cooper again! More

We purchases a 2021 Chevy 2500 truck from Joe Cooper in Dec. 2023. We purchased a used car from Joe Cooper because they claimed to have a mechanical inspection and offer a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. We started having front end issues within the first month. We took the truck into our local mechanic hoping it was an easy alignment or tire balance issue. Unfortunately, we were told that we needed $3k-$4k worth of repairs. The tie rods, ball joints, control arms etc. I contacted our salesman Jay, who was great to work with, but he referred us to management. I have continually called (20+ calls) for 6 week trying to get answers but I haven't even received a call back or update on the situation. Most of the auto replies people receive for leaving a negative review say to contact the General Manager Blake Featherstone. I have never been able to reach him. Most of the dealership voicemail boxes are full or have not even been setup. This process has been drug out for 6 weeks now. I use my truck for work and have not been able to drive it because the mechanic suggested that it wasn't safe. So we are now getting close to their 3 month warranty window and have only put 2700 miles on the truck. Another separate issue we had was trying to get the title to the vehicle released and mailed to us so we could register the vehicle. It took several phone calls and almost 60 day to receive our title in the mail. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. More

Let me tell the whole story. We were in a wreck feb 23 and ours was totaled. Wasn’t our fault. We bought a 2018 Ford Expedition Max (Also trades In my husband’s pick up and put $5,000 down. So a total of 11,500) We didn’t even have it 2 months or drive it 5,000 miles and the cam phasers went out. Had our car a total of 3 weeks. When we got it back it still wasn’t fixed so we took it back a week later. They changed a sensor (also did an oil change that it didn’t need since they just did that with the cam phasers). Got it back and it still wasn’t fixed. So we went to the dealership and talked to them and they put us in a rental and said they would fix it and we would not be responsible. They had it 3 weeks again and we got 2 different stories as to what was done to it. Got it back it was still not fixed but our gas mileage went down to 12mpg and 16mpg on highway. Took it back to talk to the GM Blake and we were just tired of it at this time to see about trading. They tried to screw us on the amount of trade in (knowing this car hasn’t been fixed) and put us in a high priced vehicle and double our payments. We have drove it 2 months out of the 5 we have had it. So we decide fine then fix it. We have got nothing but the run around and that they don’t know who’s responsibility it will be. So a total of $16,000 down the drain. That’s not including the payments that was made on it each month. Stay far away from this place. They sure did a number on us. Haven’t even drove it 10,000 miles. This is a shame. How do y'all sleep at night? My family has always did our vehicle buying through them for years. We learned our lesson. 5 vehicles in the last 2 years combined. Oh and carfax show work that it wasn’t even in their for. When the can phasers were changed it shows brakes. I doubt the work was ever done and they are just taking your money. Be aware More

This Dealership is a bunch of crooks. Buyers beware. I was lied to from their sales department and the service department will want to charge you for a “ Diagnostic Test” even though you Buyers beware.
