Took our Expedition there twice for CPO warranty work. Both times were stressful and a fight. The first time the service manager was, according to him, putting the required work into the computer in the w Both times were stressful and a fight. The first time the service manager was, according to him, putting the required work into the computer in the wrong order so it wasn’t showing that it was covered by warranty. We went round and round til he found his mistake (when the warranty says hubs are covered, seems logical they are covered). Second time, they replaced gaskets to stop a coolant leak. When we got the car home, the coolant leaked like a waterfall. They discovered the gasket was twisted. Once they corrected it, no apology, nothing for our time, but a side comment that we should have paid another deductible for something. My impression is that they are either overwhelmed, or they don’t care. Didn’t care to fix it right, didn’t care to make sure we got the coverage we were due, and really seemed to want to milk us for money. We found a new service provider. More
Had a really good buying experience with Levi Graham. Took good care of me and gave me a great price. The finance department also got me a good interest rate and had some good warranty packages as well. Took good care of me and gave me a great price. These people were rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, and condescending to my wife buying a vehicle from them. They actually had her in tears telling her what she "was going to do". High pressure sales tacti condescending to my wife buying a vehicle from them. They actually had her in tears telling her what she "was going to do". High pressure sales tactics and took 6.5 hours to write up the "deal". I have no clue how they stay in business. Had I been there, there would have been no sale. We were pre-approved through our credit union, but they wrote a contract with some out of state bank at a higher interest rate to improve their profits. Unscrupulous and shady, they are an insult to the community. NEVER buy here! Update 12/19./2020 This dealer hasn't sent my title yet, so I have to drive worried about getting stopped since the paper tag has expired. I also have to pay a $1 a day fine for late registration if they ever do send it. More
Called to ask about LR4 2012 to purchase. Gave Daniel my credit card for deposit on the car as it was not on the lot yet and we wanted to insure we would be able to buy when it was ready. Was told 3 differe credit card for deposit on the car as it was not on the lot yet and we wanted to insure we would be able to buy when it was ready. Was told 3 different dates the car would be available. I called 5 times and sent 4 emails to check up on the arrival, actually on the lot. Finally Friday evening received email the car was on the lot. Called Saturday morning to finalize the purchase and make arrangements to fly in to pickup the car and was told, the car sold Friday night. Lack of honesty, integrity and professionalism in business, but this was dealing with used car salesmen. I believed they were good to their word but they proved by their action that they were not. You should NOT TRUST THEIR WORD, their integrity or honesty. Sad day for us as we very much wanted the car and was picking it up to travel to Florida for Thanksgiving and to help with repairs on our friends house damaged by the hurricanes there. Just really sad and once again, do not trust this dealership. More

Minor things; engine light with intermittent misfire, replace DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE WORK Brought my F250 in for warranty work. Minor things; engine light with intermittent misfire, replace steering stabilizer, alignment, and balance and rotate tires. Result: alignment made worse, 14 psi pressure range in 4 tires, vibration at highway speeds, engine light came back on and misfire condition continued. Saving the best for last... TWO OF MY LUG NUTS ON THE LEFT REAR WERE SO LOOSE I WAS ABLE TO TURN THEM WITH MY FINGERS!!! Total of 16 lug nuts not torqued to spec. I routinely tow a 6 ton RV with this truck, which the service technician David was told. IMHO, having these lazy and incompetent technicians work on your vehicle may result in severe damage, and could potentially cost you your life. More

worst dealership ever Went in for some maintenance on our 2019 truck. Our touch screen was lagging. They told us there was a deal for $48 to get your oil changed, tires rot Went in for some maintenance on our 2019 truck. Our touch screen was lagging. They told us there was a deal for $48 to get your oil changed, tires rotated and they would look at our screen, so obviously we took it. When we went to pick up our truck they were trying to charge us $60+. When we told them that was not what we were told it would be, the guy tried to blame it on another person, even though this deal is something Ford is running not this individual dealership. We picked up our truck right as they were closing, so when we got home we noticed our tires had not been rotated. My husband drives in construction areas so the tires were dusty. There were no fingermarks on our tires and there are certain scuffs and scratches on the tires that were in the same place which is how we knew they hadn't rotated the tires. If you want to be ripped off by lazy idiots, then by all means go to Joe Cooper Ford in Edmond. More
