I looked at a different vehicle a few months ago at Joe cooper Yukon and Tim was the car salesman. When it came time to look for a new car now, I remembered his courtesy and how he didn't pressure me when I was looking last time. So I called him up and said I was coming by and he said he would be happy to assist me. Every thing went great and we got a great deal on a great car! More
Horrible! Worst Car buying experience ever We went in to buy our daughter a new car. We found a Ford Fiesta that she really liked. We signed the papers and drove off. We then turned in the paperwork for the Ford gives back program- at that time they were like, "is that your address?" Ummm-yes? I think we got the wrong address, we probably need to resign the papers. My husband stated that I needed to sign but was assured I didn't. He signed the papers then 3 days later- "Oh yeah well the bank wants your wife to sign too, so can you come back and sign again and bring your wife?" We go and sign again. 5 weeks later still no title. I call and am told that we would get it in a couple of days- 7 days later still no title but a phone call telling us that the bank has lost the paperwork so guess what- We need to go sign again!. So we go and sign again. It is now almost May and we still are waiting for the title-This past Saturday I tell my daughter to go back to the dealership and get another paper tag because we still can't get hers and they tell her that -"THEY SENT THE TITLE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!" Not to mention they lost our paperwork for the Ford gives back program. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst ever! If it was the only car dealership in the state - I would buy a bicycle! More

Dishonest I went in to buy a new F-150 on the 0% financing plan. They gave me a good price in writing with the monthly payment. After dividing the amount financ I went in to buy a new F-150 on the 0% financing plan. They gave me a good price in writing with the monthly payment. After dividing the amount financed by 60 I noticed the monthly payment amount was $72 per month to high. That's $4,320 I would have paid extra. I went to another dealer down the Interstate and bought a new F-150. A representative from Joe Copper called me the next day to see if I had made a decision. I told here what happen and she didn't even seem surprised. She said "well if there is anything else we can do for you please let us know" I wont be back. Not even for service. On a positive note my salesman Curtis was fantastic. I wish he would move to the other dealer. More
my experience with Joe Cooper of Yukon I saw a used Ford Focus on their website. They brought the car from Edmond to Yukon so I could see it and purchase it. Great Customer Service I took my 2014 F250 in because it was riding too rough and had some shaking on the front end suspension. Those guys worked hand in hand with AutoFX Yu I took my 2014 F250 in because it was riding too rough and had some shaking on the front end suspension. Those guys worked hand in hand with AutoFX Yukon to upgrade and repair all issues. Joe Cooper finance manager Robert Ashley made sure I had a nice loaner truck to drive for over a week. Service manager Darcy made sure my $1600 tab was taken care of by Joe Cooper. Great customer service is the norm here and the main reason I've bought 3 vehicles from them in the past 4 years and will shop here whenever we decide to buy another car or truck. I tried shopping at David Stanley and the customer service was horrendous. I More
