Service on F150 Platinum Normally a very good service department but can only give 4 stars as this particular visit took longer than normal & disappointing that I was not kept Normally a very good service department but can only give 4 stars as this particular visit took longer than normal & disappointing that I was not kept updated on what was going better. I had to stimulate most of the calls & certainly leaves room for reasonable doubt. Just a case of having too many jobs to do & being a little undermanned. Still a good service department with a great service manager just need a little more help & refresher on customer interaction at service advisor level!! More

I told them my budget, what I was looking for, and what I was looking for in a payment. Kirstin was beyond helpful. She made sure that she found an explorer that met our needs, She made sure that we stayed in the budget, and she was able to work to get to our payment goal. Joe Cooper's staff was great I didn't feel like I was a target and someone's next paycheck. They worked with me all the way and made me feel like a person. From the guy greeting me outside when it's 32 degrees, to the staff finding me the saleswoman I talked to on the phone the day before, to letting me test drive one that she thought would best fit my budget, to getting pricing for me, to the business manager working to make sure we stay close the payment budget we had, to getting the new car cleaned up before I left the lot, to them showing me how to use some of the features in the new car, and to them thanking me for buying a car from them. It was just a great experience from start to finish. I will for sure will be buying my next vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon! More

Fair - Friendly - Fast After shopping on the Internet we found a vehicle we wanted to see at Joe Cooper Yukon. We went to the dealership but the vehicle was actually at one After shopping on the Internet we found a vehicle we wanted to see at Joe Cooper Yukon. We went to the dealership but the vehicle was actually at one of their other locations. The next business day they had the vehicle delivered back to their location and notified us that it was available to see and test drive if we wanted. My husband and I went in that evening drove the vehicle and loved it. We decided to purchase the vehicle and in less than two hours at the Dealership we were done and headed home with our new car. The price was great the service was great and we would definitely recommend them. More
