Incredibly rude sales manager Ken was wildly sarcastic and unprofessional. I spoke to a young lady in the collision shop who did since I hadn't owned my vehicle for more than the months the sales team wou and unprofessional. I spoke to a young lady in the collision shop who did since I hadn't owned my vehicle for more than the months the sales team would waive a $65. Diagnostic fee due to a rattle in my door that gets worse by the day. Mind you I've been never been in a collision. I explained this to this Ken character and then when he started in with over talking me and asking incredibly sarcastic questions. It surprises me that someone of his mental incapacity would hold a management position. My mom is looking for a new vehicle and although this review won't put a dent in their business, we won't be getting one from them. Do better Joe Basil More
