Somewhat satisfied My jeep was scheduled to have oil changed, tires rotated and while there they were to fix a recall. Service was fine until I realized later that my in My jeep was scheduled to have oil changed, tires rotated and while there they were to fix a recall. Service was fine until I realized later that my indicator for oil change was not reset. I know that this may sound minor, but I had to arrange my schedule for this service which I gladly did, but now I have do it again just so someone can reset this. I use my U-connect app a great deal and everytime now I get a warning that my oil needs changing (when indeed I do not as it was changed on 02-07). This is only my second time there so I can only assume that folks got busy and did not reset this in my jeep. More
Recall related When I called to have a recall item done, I was referred to parts dept to ensure part was on hand. I was told it was and then service set me up for an appointment. To my surprise, I was given one the very next day. The next day I arrived and checked in. After an hour, I noticed my truck had not moved from where I parked. I asked about this and after another 15 minutes, was told the part was not there. I've been receiving text messages from service advisor thanking me for allowing them to service my vehicle and sending me a survey. I'm not sure if anyone realizes my truck was not serviced. More

Service for gear slippage Everything was discussed and handled well. My only recommendation might be a better system for when loaners/rentals are needed so isn’t needed to make Everything was discussed and handled well. My only recommendation might be a better system for when loaners/rentals are needed so isn’t needed to make another appt to bring vehicle back if needs to be left and loaner used in the interim. Besides that I’ve always gotten great service and had everything explained as to what was done along with given copy for my records. Not all places give you copy for your records so glad isn’t something have to ask for is already part of their procedures. More
