Worst service ever I was there getting my truck looked at I told them that there was a clunk in the rear end drive shaft area when moving from a stop. They took it in th I was there getting my truck looked at I told them that there was a clunk in the rear end drive shaft area when moving from a stop. They took it in the back from what I was told and drove it in that little area. Not even taking it out on the road to try and get the symptoms I explained. Instead they out in that it was happening when shifting along with what I said and I never said that. I also felt belittled when spoken to by the mechanic and the person behind the desk and the service manager. More

Oil change, Tire Rotation, & Car wash I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & car wash. Giving four stars because it took 2-2 1/2 hours to do all three. Which im not sure how long it I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & car wash. Giving four stars because it took 2-2 1/2 hours to do all three. Which im not sure how long it normally takes, but they don't give vehicles for oil changes anymore, so we have to sit and wait, which is not a problem just a little inconvenient.
