BEST Customer Service I did not know the dealership in Hazlehurst, where I had purchased my Jeep and previously had it serviced, had closed until I tried to get my oil chan I did not know the dealership in Hazlehurst, where I had purchased my Jeep and previously had it serviced, had closed until I tried to get my oil changed late Friday afternoon. I could not schedule an oil change in Baxley because they had no appointments available for Saturday. I took my son to Statesboro Monday morning so that he could get on a bus that would take him to Jacksonville FL where he would board another bus Tuesday for Army Basic Training. I planned to follow him and spend time with him in Jacksonville before he left. When I explained why I didn't have an appointment, the staff treated me with a kindness that literally brought tears to my eyes. They honored my son as a soldier. More

I was told that your service rates were low since you were a new dealership in town and your service manager would not override the charge. Since I was leaving town the next morning I paid in Advanced for the part and had to return Monday morning to get the job done. If I had the time i would have stopped at another dealership and get the job done. At times it helps to lose a little money and gain the appreciation of your customer. More
