when I picked up my vehicle i ask the service writer if they made sure the air pressure in the tires were correct. He assured me that it was. The panel on the door said they should be at 35lbs. I called the service guy and asked to speak to the service mgr and he transferred me to Keiths phone. I said I was trying to reach the service mgr and left my name and number but I never heard from anyone. so I guess they just put that on the ticket regardless. A little thing maybe to you but a big thing to me. More

I was not satisfied with my service. The job was not done correctly I had leave there and had to return because my brake work was not right. I would have given 5 stars but I was frustrated that when i showed up to get new tires put on the tires were not there. Apparently they had been sent back because they sat around for too long. This was due to me not getting a timely call when they first arrived. By the time i was called and told they were in I was going to have surgery. I told them I would schedule to have them put on no later than the 15th. I ended up scheduling to have them put on the 13th. No one mentioned the tires weren't there anymore. I showed up for my appointment and waited for about 30 minutes before I was told the tires weren't there. At this point the gentleman was apologetic and he got the tires the next day and they were put on but I did have to leave the car overnight so they could finish the alignment because they had to fit me in since my appointment was a bust. Their service has been good otherwise, though, and I would recommend them. More
