The service department is horrible. They will lie to you about having done any of the paperwork. We have an extended warrant that we paid good money for and getting f them to file the claim is horrible. It about having done any of the paperwork. They need to take pride in their dealership and it is evident they do not. This is the second time we have had to deal with them and stay on them to do their job. Customers are not important to them. After waiting for 6 hours on my vehicle, I went to the service desk to check on my car. The employee told me that she would check. She came back and said “We do not know where your car is.” They lost my v service desk to check on my car. The employee told me that she would check. Apparently she moved my vehicle out of the line up and completely forgot about it. I had waited 6 hours while my car was just sitting in a parking lot. If I had not went and asked about my card status, I really do wonder if I would have still be sitting there when they went to lock the doors at night. More
