Service is slow. Appointments always take over an hour. So I don’t understand why set an appointment if yu not leaving after 2 hours or more just for an oil change an Appointments always take over an hour. Order new tires for F150 on Monday and pay for. Not one employee order the tires into I came in 5 days later. Waited for hours to finally get the tires mounted. The truck rims are scratch. Very happy with all of your service staff. Staff was courteous and professional. My car did not have a wheel lock key when purchased new in Florida and the service tech left me with one after Staff was courteous and professional.
