Service appointment on 9/15/22 at 2:00pm. Was told 2021 Jeep Wrangler needed a Nox Sensor. They did not have one in stock would try locating one. On 9/16/2022, I drove from Anderson, SC to Statesboro to speak to the service department and was told they could not secure the part but would keep searching. Technician told me she would call me 5:00 pm on Friday with status. As of today (9/20/2022), I have not been contacted or updated. I found this dealership unreliable and not dependable. It seems they are waiting for my daughter's jeep to go into limp mode or left stranded. Even then, I don't have any confidence they will act in any urgency. I am left not knowing the status or if they are even trying to locate the part. I spoke to another dealership and they said the part is available. Who knows?!? If this is the norm to expect from a Chrysler Jeep service department, I doubt I will own another vehicle from their product line. More

The earliest appointment was one week from the time I called. I dropped my Ram off the day before my appointment. They didn't even look at it for 4 days. I had to wait until the next week to pick up my truck, even though the part was in stock. The day after I picked it up the check engine and gloplug lights came back on. If I had any Dodge dealership closer, this one is 45 minutes from my home..I would never go to Jimmy Briggs again. The service is awful...there are some pleasant people who work there...but I've had nothing but disappointment with the service department More
