With regard to the service department, a simple 10,000 mile service was not a favorable experience. The oil change resulted in dripping oil noticed on the garage floor. After investigation it appear mile service was not a favorable experience. The oil change resulted in dripping oil noticed on the garage floor. After investigation it appears from sloppy cleanup after oil filter removal. That investigation led to the discovery of the air filter housing not being screwed back down. All 4 screws were left completely unscrewed. With a very expensive new vehicle this experience instills a vote of no confidence and leaves me wondering if I should trust my new vehicle in the hands of someone who cares so little. More
