The service writers are great the service department as a whole is the problem. Every time I bring my truck for service I average 3-4 hours just for an oil change l, tire rotation, and balance. Saturday I was late for a 2pm funeral and I was at the dealership at 11:30 to get my truck serviced. The dealership finally gave me my warranty information so I can contact the warranty company and see about taking my truck somewhere else to get it serviced. More

My transmission is bad but they said my vehicle is good with no problems. They have already worked on the transmission before. It is a 2023 Jeep Rubcon 4XE I don’t recommend getting one. Nothing but problems. I will never get anything that is half gas and half electric period. More

The service writer was polite and listened. I made my original appointment online but when I went to reschedule the appointment wasn’t in the system. I couldn’t do a mobile check in. Didn’t reset the tps monitors correctly and I had to go back. They wanted to charge $225 to install my own brake pads and the service manager was less than friendly. 3 out of 10. Don’t recommend. The people was great but slow . I believe if you have an appointment for an oil change , it shouldn’t take 2-3 hours .
