This is the 2nd time they had an excuse as to why the work my 2016 Silverado was not done when scheduled. Fist time they kept it 2 days before even working on it. Excuse was 2 techs were on vacation. Appointment for this was made by them when they knew they would be short staffed. This time supposedly the tech that was going to repair a non working winshild washer pump when home sick. In all fairness they did get my oil changed and winshild wipers replaced. The worst part is I had to call them after 3 and a half hours to find out what was going on. More

Interested in a used vehicle was told it just arrived and was being serviced and I was first in line to purchase the vehicle. Was told wont be ready for a few days not really sure we’re gunna sell.. but we w was being serviced and I was first in line to purchase the vehicle. I agreed and was patiently waiting the phone call to come look at the vehicle. I then received a voicemail stating there’s a deposit on the vehicle and someone else is purchasing!! Today I had a 7:45 appointment to have my oil changed, tires rotated and my battery checked. I dropped it off last night so they had it when they opened. I called at 9:30 to check on it because I needed tires rotated and my battery checked. I dropped it off last night so they had it when they opened. I called at 9:30 to check on it because I needed to be gone from there by 10:30. I was told that he was working on it and it would be ready. I was dropped off at 10:15 so that I would be ready to go. I talked to the young man that was working at the computers and was told that he didn't know why the mechanic working on my car was working at a turtle's pace. At 11:00 I saw my car being hoisted up to change the oil. I had to go into the garage area and yell at the mechanic not to touch my car because I had to leave. They topped off the oil and gave me a certificate for a free oil change and tire rotation. Now I am inconvenienced and have to take it back for what should already been done. I have gone there for years but I don't know what is happening, but I don't think that it takes three hours and fifteen minutes to just change a battery. Needless to say I am more than irritated by the service I got today. Today's service would be a zero if I had that choice! More
Sadly this is the closest gmc dealership to me and the SALES department isn’t the best. I have been in the last two times I had a lease that was about done to look for my next vehicle. Both times I was talked to like a young dumb kid, and had my time wasted after telling the saleman what payments I was looking for compared to what he tried talking me into. Now the service department complete different story they are kind let you know what is going on with your repairs. Would highly suggest for the service or auto body repairs only. More

I am so disappointed with this dealership. Never have i ever had so little trust in a business. i purchased a 2020 ct6. It was delivered, to the dealership, several weeks later in October. Since then i hav ever had so little trust in a business. i purchased a 2020 ct6. It was delivered, to the dealership, several weeks later in October. Since then i have had it in 3 times and all 3 times i have been full of disappointment. Starting with the sunroof where they simply wiped up oil and poked at a seal to get it to stand up.. i later took it to another dealership where they changed the seal. Secondly my app and data functions where not working from day one, they told me the car was too new and the App Store was not out. After talking to some other 2020 ct6 Owners i discovered that was a outright lie and again took it to another dealership where several modules had to be replaced. My 3rd and final time going was today, there was a small scratch when i got the vehicle and i finally had time to get it fixed. That is until they told me it was going to cost me $600 out of pocket. Also i would like to add when i bought a Cadillac i was told i would always get a loaner Cadillac on warranty work, ALL 3 TIMES i was told we can’t give you a Cadillac. The service rep frank “team blue” is by far the most disrespectful person i have ever met. I contacted Cadillac on these and more issues and they told me they would investigate it but no one should have to deal with what i have over the last 2 months. I almost forgot to mention when i picked up my car i was told “we didn’t wash it because it was a used vehicle” More
