Thank you for your review! We truly appreciate the time you took to do it and your business. We're happy Service kept you updated on your appointment. We switched to appointments for maintenance on January 1, 2018 because we were experience large volumes of walk-ins for maintenance. The volume was leading to our guests having to wait for two or more hours for an oil change and tire rotations. We want to respect our guests' valuable time and make their wait time as limited possible. It is still possible to walk-in, but there could be a longer wait time and unfortunately, Service cannot always accommodate walk-ins. Again, thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us a 5 star review!
