We had a wonderful experience looking for a car that I would love! Shayne made it as easy as possible! We told him which three cars I wanted to drive and i drove two out of the three. I instantly fell in love with my 2023 Nissan Altima! Her name is "Miracle......Whip" lol and not after mayonnaise! Some things just started falling together for me and she was a part of it . Shayne was very easy going and was not a pushy salesman! He helped me get a good deaI on the car and would definitely recommend him to others!

Jim White’s customer service is beyond respectful, courteous and knowledgeable, Shayne Von Seggern was our salesperson. We can’t say enough about him. We are “seniors” and he answered every question we had, patiently explaining things in terms we could understand. No question was “too much” for him to answer. We made two visits to the dealership. That was all it took. We also dealt with Rahman West, finance manager, another great member of the Jim White team. Overall our experience has been great. To top it all off, we love our car!!!!
