Not impressed I came in for basic oil change and tire rotation. The associate said 45-1 hour. It was more like an hour and half. While in the check in process, I I came in for basic oil change and tire rotation. The associate said 45-1 hour. It was more like an hour and half. While in the check in process, I asked about defective molding that broke away but Toyota has no solution but to say take it down the street. To another company. Lastly, associate made it sound urgent to get my brake pads and rotors replaced that day. I declined as these dealers often make it sound dire. The following morning, I got a second opinion and I will need brakes eventually bit not immediate. Km over this type of dealership and their tactics. More

Last minute service Jim white Toyota sealer was the best! I blew out my tire and Keith was so accommodating and helpful. The process was a quick and efficient as could be expected. Attempts to sell add-ons was minimal and again, respectfully low pressure. Communication and dealing over the internet went well. Overall, probably the best experience I've had in my previous four car purchases. I will definitely check them out the next time I am looking for a Toyota. More
