Like so many others on here, I had a very bad experience with them. Sold me a jeep and not even two months later needed over 2,000 worth of parts and repairs. This has been the worst experience here and I will never come back. I am a young college girl who does not need to spend unneeded money while dealing with men who are trying to scam me when I’m coming in fo come back. I came in for a free oil change and tire rotation for my brand new hrv. The man that I spoke to at the desk knew this information as well. When I came in, he told me to wait at his desk so we could speak after he looks at my car. I should’ve known that was my first red flag. He then went on to tell me I needed a “differential” that would be $167 based on my car code. He made it seem like I needed a “differential” to go with my free oil change and tire rotation. He did not explain well what a “differential” was and did not explain that this was a whole other service that he was trying to get me to sign on. I even asked if this was normal with this maintenance deal new cars get, and he said yes. I talked on the phone the day prior and was made aware that everything would be free when I came in, so why is he trying to add a whole new service to my car when it doesn’t need it? I sat down and decided to reach out to people who works on cars, and I was told I was being scammed and I need to leave. I walked back up to his desk and I specifically told him that I do not want to do this anymore and I am uncomfortable. I told him multiple times I am not comfortable continuing this. He went out to talk with the tech guy and I waited at his desk for about another 5 minutes. He came inside and asked me “did you have any more questions”? I said no and that I needed my car keys and he acted completely baffled by the fact that I’m not continuing the services today. He then went on to say that he thought I meant I didn’t want to do the “differential” but still complete the oil change and tire rotation, because those are free. I told him I am not comfortable continuing service here and he went “ok”? He looked at me like I was crazy that I am not continuing the service when I already told him I was not comfortable continuing. He hid his rudeness by acting nice to me in some ways, and then was passive aggressive to me. I will make sure everyone I know does not do their business here. I can’t imagine how many women this place or specifically this man has scammed. It is such a shame because I had a great conservation on the phone the day prior and I walk into the store and this is what I had to deal with. More
Recently purchased a new vehicle through Jim White Honda and as a returning customer was terribly disappointed with the experience. I was waiting for my new vehicle to arrive to the dealership. I was informed that it would take a few months for my vehicle to arrive from Honda and that it would be a 2024. I had no issues with the wait & planned on what added features I would like to have installed upon arrival. There was no communication on their part. I found out the vehicle arrived by checking other dealerships & seeing their new arrivals coming in from the manufacturer. My salesperson obviously doesn’t need business. He can’t sit still for longer than 2 minutes running around trying to assist every customer he can nab. It got to the point where he was whining about how long the hours are that he works & we can just part ways. Seriously………what professionalism?!?! If you don’t want/need/have time for my business, pass me along to the new car division where I should have been placed from the beginning. My husband & I both work FT/ in person, long hours so no sympathy here. Just want my vehicle & pricing to be correct. As it was, we were doing all the leg work on the process finding out what features were available, pricing etc. He had no clue…….and I would have happily went somewhere else if I wasn’t so far into the process at this point. When the vehicle arrived it was a 2025. I had no issues with that just again the pricing etc. changes along with the interest rate. In the end, I was misquoted on the price of the vehicle multiple times. First finance adviser (I believe is the mgr.) worked up incorrect numbers. We asked for a price break down wanting to see the base price to make our final decision on what extra features that the dealership can install. I was passed along to another adviser who was actually a good person to speak with. When we finally get to signing day, the numbers were off. We point this out that the base price is higher than the sticker price on the window of the vehicle. They adjust it for the correction but still why as the customer are we the only one that seem to know what the xxxx is going on???? My paperwork shows that I am purchasing a green CRV which is not even an option – lol. Honda makes great vehicles, so they sell very easily and require no effort on the dealerships part. Unfortunately, Jim White doesn’t appreciate the customers they get. I love my new vehicle and the person that went over all the features on it before we drove away was fantastic. If I had him as my salesperson from the beginning perhaps this would have been a completely different experience. A little bit of customer service goes a long way and when you are making a big purchase it’s deserved! More
I bought a new 2024 CRV that had a two year maintenance warranty . The first sirvice $ 167 service charge . I purchased a new HRV 2024 Derick, the salesman was absolutely awesome. He went over and above to please me to work hard for me. And that type of service you do not get these days you guys need to keep absolutely awesome. He went over and above to please me to work hard for me. We purchased a used vehicle and was promised a 30 day warranty and after breaking down the third time the service manager yelled at me in front of all customers and employees telling me this is the last time I get something for free and that I purchased a used vehicle and to take responsibility! This type of behavior is obviously acceptable for the dealership because I have not had one answered reply from anyone to discuss the situation! The purchase we made was from the Dave white credit lot on Conant xx and the Jim White Honda dealership handles their service. No response was made from Dave White also. More

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Manager is an absolute jerk. My vehicle is in their system, they sold me the incorrect transmission fluid. I dumped one bottle in my vehicle before checking the label— trusting that the guy gave me the right fluid. Called parts department and the guy couldn’t believe his fellow employees mistake. Asked the manager for a flush because of their mistake— they brick walled me, wouldn’t do anything to right their wrong. He said that as far as he was concerned, we asked for transmission fluid and they sold it to us. He did exchange the fluid I had, but wouldn’t do a flush, discount on additional fluid so I could flush, or anything. Acted like it was my fault. Checked with another dealership and this type of transmission fluid has never been used for any of the pilots. It was phased out of any Honda vehicles after 2014. I have a 2018 pilot. Put it all on the little guy. Sick. More
Absolutely the most dishonest service employees I have ever dealt with in any aspect. Our HR-V CVT transmission went completely out (like so many others) and after refusing to pay 10k to replace it they t ever dealt with in any aspect. Our HR-V CVT transmission went completely out (like so many others) and after refusing to pay 10k to replace it they then recommended to open a case with Honda to see if they would cover it since they said we had a great chance they would. They told us they would rent us a car for $25 a day for the 24-48hrs it would take to get an answer because they they wanted to do everything they could to help us out. Well after over 2 weeks of waiting for the answer we got completely denied on the coverage and then Jim White service center proceeded to charge us $40 a day for the rental instead of the $25. The assistant manager who gave us the price proceeded to absolutely lie through his teeth when I asked him why they charged us more than the $25 by saying they would never charge only $25. My wife and I couldn't believe it. We would have never rented the car trough them while we waited the "24-48 hrs" (over 2 weeks) if they didn't give us that price. Lost hundreds of dollars because of this. We took the car elsewhere for the repair for almost half the cost and a better warranty. Screw these people. They are disgraceful. More
