Ordered parts on a sunday and paid $40 for 2 day shipping, with estimated receiving on the following Thursday or friday. They sent me tracking number thursday, saturday i check and it doesnt show up in the system. Email they respond, sounds like it hasnt even left facility. Fast foward the next Wednesday received email sayong it shipped again, same tracking number. Its now friday, a week after it was supposed to be here and tracking number still doesnt show up on fed ex. Finally got another email just a few minutes ago them trying to pass the buck off on fed ex saying that it is there fault.... so unprofessional its unreal! There negligence can really affect someone's everyday life thats forsure. Ive litterally spent over $1000 on parts from them in last 6 months, NEVER AGAIN! More
Bought a 2022 HRV Through Kent Kiplinger. He does used but can do New if after viewing through the used inventory and not finding what your look for. Only bad thing to say about the experience is they only offered me 300 dollars on the running trade-in that receipts was provided for showing all the recent work done on the buick. ANYWAYS, me and my wife loved working with Kent he listened to our concerns and delivered on our wants. Above and beyond is the best way to describe Kent. The other people at honda seemed nice enough but in all honesty I should say the finance guy and Kent are the only 2 we dealt with at length. The finance guy seems pretty fun I would mind hanging out and catching a game at a sports bar with him. So hopefully that gives you a better idea. The experience overall was great. More
I have a 2018 Honda HR-V EX-L and at 68,000 miles the CVT went out. I have always maintained and serviced at Honda regularly. I've also had the CVT fluid changed at 30k and 60k. Honda dealer acted like it was my fault even though bought it certified pre-owned in 2019 from the same dealer and had all my service done there. The service department only care about getting money from you. Then proceed to tell me my certified pre-owned warranty no longer exists and I need to purchase an extended warranty on the spot offered directly from Honda with no documentation. Skip this dealer... there are other options in the area. More

I’m so happy I didn’t lease my brand new 2022 CRV from there, instead, I leased from somewhere else. More

well if you want to be rushed out because they have to leave at 6pm on the dot then this is the place for you!!! first day here van we were looking at a van had bad rotors then got it fixed and went to lo leave at 6pm on the dot then this is the place for you!!! first day here van we were looking at a van had bad rotors then got it fixed and went to look at it again and it was ok but still felt something slip a little so looked at a pilot and loved it. however our sales guy had to step out for a family event and asked someone else to collect keys no biggie however at 6:02 I got a call saying I needed to end drive and come back . then the manager who knows my fiance because he USED to be in car business was a total jack xxx!!! he told him to go back to byrider. he doesn't work there hasn't worked there and isn't in the car business anymore. way to take money from your sales people! We came from Indiana to buy a used car in June 2021. Kent Keplinger was friendly and helpful, and the price was the best for hundreds of miles in any direction. Be prepared to pay more than you should. Be prepared for them not to LISTEN when you tell them what you want done. Took my car in and asked Kathy Cole to check the starter. Had to return it a week later and was told I needed a new starter for the low low price of $917. Dave Moss said I was getting a great deal! That is when he lost my business. I never had a battery problem even though he put that on the work order again on my second visit. That was to justify the $275 charge. It was a blatant lie. I will go to Brown Honda for future service and will tell the 11 people in my family and anyone else who owns a Honda to do the same. Word travels and can make an impact. Check them out on the BBB website. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. They need to take a class 101 on how to listen to the customer and address their needs. More
