Hi and thanks for the review. We greatly appreciate the feedback. When we do a recall for Honda. Honda requires us to do a 19pt inspection on your car while it’s here. The service person will then relay that info to you. They will also offer you one of our loaners should you decide to have any of the work performed for your convenience. If it came off as pushy, that truly is not the intent, but rather letting you know what was found on the inspection that Honda wants us to do.
