Tyler the finance guy was rude, impatient and in a hurry to go home because it was closing time. He hurried us through the process which I didn’t like at all. In addition, there was no mention of video and audio recording prior to the start of the transaction. It came about wheni saw the sign on the partially closed door in his office.,This is completely unacceptable and a violation of my privacy. I was very close to cancelling the entire transaction and purchase because he wasn’t honest and upfront . He also bad mouthed my husbands company. Everything about him was disappointing and aggravating when it was supposed to be an exciting time and we spent a large sum of money.
