scheduled steering recall service 3/2/26 using their pickup service. Inspected and ordered parts for following week. Day before pickup i was called to say parts hadn't arrived yet. They came anyway, the following morning so i informed driver that parts didn't arrive and he sould call before taking my truck. he showed work order stating parts were in shop so he took my truck. only to bring back saying still no partsl. Serice manger left message saying they were sorry for the confusion and for me to call back. I left message but no return call. Still no repair or scheduled appointment on 3/31/26!!! I would not recomment this service department! More

Full review: We recently purchased a Raptor here and the whole experience is very positive! It’s the first time that we buy a vehicle out of state. When we put down a deposit, the Raptor was still at the plant. There was a shipping delay by Ford and Dave has always kept us updated. Mark helped us with the financing and explained the paperwork clearly. 10 minutes after we were on our way home, the raptor had a flashing engine light and the engine started trembling. We called Dave and he showed up quickly to handle the situation. The truck was towed back to the dealership and the engine was fixed in 2 days. They also offered reimbursement for flights to get us home and transportation for the truck. Although we were unlucky to have the engine issue, we were fortunate that Dave made everything smooth! Do not use the service department. They don't do the checks that go with the oil change. We had a tire blow for there lack of inspection. Lucky no one was hurt.
