2nd time visiting under Group 1 change and I have not had good customer service and the work done on my car has not been up to par. Came months earlier got an oil change did not top off fluids like they usua good customer service and the work done on my car has not been up to par. Came months earlier got an oil change did not top off fluids like they usually do. Okay, I gave them grace since I never had problems under Jim Tidwell Ford before. I went back because of a clicking noise the service advisor said it would take 24 hours for them to check the car to find the problem. I said okay never heard back from him on an update. I had to keep calling to find out the problem and when he finally called me back he acted like he had been trying to get in touch with me not realizing I can check my call log. Upon finally being able to talk to him. The tab came up to over 1,900 dollars worth of work but they couldn't get to it then they had to wait until next week. Which I told him was a problem because it was the only car I had. So I got the car took it back they spent all day supposedly fixing it for the issue to still remain. When I called to get a manager. Supposedly both of them busy and suppose to give me a call back. I am waiting for that call back. Service no longer the best to me at this location. More
Friendly, helpful staff, particularly Jonny, my service coordinator and the assistant who put floor and seat covers in my car. He also offered & showed me where the coffee & drinks machine and restrooms coordinator and the assistant who put floor and seat covers in my car. Other customers seemed to be getting considerate service from their service coordinators. My experience at the Tidwell Group 1 Ford dealership this time was improved over some previous service appointments. I felt my questions answered directly. More

Ran in to truck trouble on my vacation. . dead in side of road... service was closing soon and got me in anyway for diag.. had part in stock and got us on the road again... they didn't ha . dead in side of road... service was closing soon and got me in anyway for diag.. had part in stock and got us on the road again... they didn't have to..be cause they were closing..
