Honestly, if it had done this review a year or two ago, I would've given it a 1 star. Things seem to have shifted. The customer service feels more organic than it ever has in the past. The techs need some wo would've given it a 1 star. Things seem to have shifted. The customer service feels more organic than it ever has in the past. The techs need some work because quite Honestly their work is mediocre and feels like they do not do their jobs to high quality standards; however, the management team stands behind their work. I had to bring my vehicle back several times due to poor labor and everytime, they made it right by either providing a rental vehicle free of charge or reducing (sometimes completely waiving) the full cost of service due to their techs poor quality work. I usually have pretty subpar service agents as well, usually having to go above them to get the help I need. My most recent experience with Candace was stellar. She was honest and communicative and when she couldn't do something, she engaged her management team, I didnt have to escalate further which I truly appreciate. I am not sure if I am 100% out of the woods with my latest work but my fingers are crossed. My 5 stars goes to Candace and the service managers. The techs; however, stand at aboit a 3 for me. Ill be happy when I can bring my vehicle in, get diagnosed and an ACCURATE estimate of time to resolve and it actually be resolved without me having to come back. More
