When my 2012 Honda CRV wouldn't start last week while out shopping your service dept. sent a tech out to give the car a jump. I took it in 5 days later and under warranty, it was found the battery was f out shopping your service dept. sent a tech out to give the car a jump. I took it in 5 days later and under warranty, it was found the battery was faulty. They didn't have to send a tech out to jump the car, but they did. They were efficient and checked out the car to see if there was a problem draining the battery. I feel confident that I don't have to worry about being stranded in my car while out. Everyone at the dealership and service dept., right down to the lady who does the payments and paperwork are just wonderful all the time! More

Jerry was professional, helpful, informative, and friendly. He showed me the new equipment that would be used on assessing my Pilot and explained the way it worked. I appreciated all the service people who worked on the car yesterday -- there were probably four or five and I didn't get all their names. When I called the dealership later that day to find out when the car would be ready, the person who answered the phone was cheerful, positive, and specific about what time I should plan to pick it up. When I had questions, they were answered completely and without drama. The Friendly Honda folks are true professionals building a business on excellent service. Two thumbs up! More

After looking at a Toyota Corolla, we purchased a new Civic from Jim Riehls. it was a pleasant experience as everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful and quite knowledgeable. Based on my own research, the price and financing seemed fair. Two weeks after making our purchase, I remembered an accessory I wanted but forgot when we closed our deal. I left a voicemail for Jordan, then called the service dept just to find out how long it would take to install the door guards. After a brief conversation with Bobby, who answered my questions completely and patiently, he connected me with Mike in parts. Jordan did return my call and was concerned that my request for the door guards was handled to my satisfaction, which it was. The parts came in the next day and were installed the day after that. The service was quick and looked great. They did give me a break on the price/installation, treating as if I had done this at the time of purchase when we had added other accessories. Everyone I spoke and dealt with treated me with respect and concern. The service department was busy that day (as there were several other customers in the lounge) but I was in and out faster than they had quoted me. Each one asked me if I was satisfied or had any questions. They insisted I call if there was any problem. Which I would; but there isn't. We have been taking our 2002 Odyssey to your service dept since we bought it there and have never, ever, had a problem with any member of your team. We are completely satisfied with Jim Riehl's Honda. More
