The fault turned out to be an unusual f After trying to solve AC problem myself unsuccessfully, I took my 2002 Honda Civic to Riehl's Friendly Honda. The fault turned out to be an unusual failure of a sensor on the compressor. Though the repair took three days, I feel that the work was done in as timely a manner as possible and I was charged only what the normal fee would have been. I spoke to the tech when I picked up the car and was pleased with how forthcoming about the repair and his efforts he was. All together an excellent experience. More

George matched the price we wanted and could have gotten at another dealer. I also got a good and fair price for my trade in. My husband had bought 2 other Hondas but this was my first Honda. As a former Saturn Owner who liked the low key Saturn buying experience, I was not looking forward to the buying experience of another car. However, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience with George J. at Honda. It was no pressure and fair in all respects so I came away feeling very good about the experience. I would definitely recommend George J. to others who are ready to buy a new car from Honda. More

He kept us informed on the status of the vehicle and when we could take delivery. We truly felt no pressure, like it was all about our happiness. When we picked the car up, Jordan spent a great deal of time walking us through all the aspects of the car and the navigation/electronic system. He made sure we were comfortable before we left. We would certainly recommend Jordan and Riehl's to our friends. More

Excellent Service experience I arrived early for my service appointment, but no problem, the Service Advisor took care of me right away. My vehicle was serviced promptly, oil changed, inspected, washed and ready to go, and all this much sooner than I expected. Could not have asked for a better service experience. More

Eddie was not friedly at all and did knot know how to apply the discount/coupon I received from this dealership. Eddie had an Attitude big time and did not know what he was doing. I understand it was 3:00pm on a saturday and he wanted to go home. I spent almost 4 hours at this dealearship for the repairs on my vehicle and expected to be treated a little better. Another item I was not happy with is the Total Glass Solutions. The work they provided was not good at all and I dont like the fact that they charge you first beofre they even do the work. My glass is stil chiped and it doesnt look like they have done anything to it. I had my glass fixed at other places and after the work was done, you can't see the trace of chips. My point is the repairs from other companies are much better. More
