They researched options that they could do at the Dealership before being forced to send it to Honda's radio repair center. They even contacted Panasonic, who manufactures the radio for Honda. They did a good job of addressing the issue while keeping the price as low as it could be. I feel I can trust their advice. We're glad we live close to a good dealer. More

We were looking at the Madza6, Toyota Camry and the Honda Accord and went with the Accord because of Steven. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and he showed us clippings after clippings of how great the car rides and the ratings it has received. He is just a great guy.
