100% FRIENDLY I have purchased 3 Crv's since 2001, my daughter is driving my 2002 now!! My Honda has never had any major problems!!! Salesman took lots of time going over the vehicle. I used to feel that I didn't need the review but I am very glad he spent the 25 minutes going over vehicle and technology functions as it would have frustrated me for a month until I "figured it out". When I first moved to Michigan I used Troy Honda since it was closer. They constantly were pushing stuff I really didn't need for my 20+ year old car, and pouted when I declined. Brian at Friendly tells me if I really need it, and set me up a couple of times with a lower cost solution elsewhere using reconditioned parts. Now that I have finally purchased a new car, I'm definitely going to stay with Jim Riehl's. More

The biggest manipulators These guys are the biggest rip offs I have ever dealt with. They remind me of dealing with a used cars salesman. I went there for a diagnostics thinking they should be able to figure out what the problem is because that's all they deal with Cadillac cars. I could have gotten a free diagnostics at auto zone instead of paying $105 for it, if I knew they had no idea what the xxxx they were doing. They ended up telling me that there is a million of things I need to repair in my car but if I changed this valve it would fix the problem that I came in for originally. So, I went ahead and had them change that stupid valve which they charged me $170 for. After I left the repair shop, I started noticing other problems with the car that I hadn't noticed before as if they did something to it on purpose so I would have to go back to them so they could rip me off even more and not fix anything. I would never step foot in that place ever again. The biggest rip offs and manipulators I have dealt with. Period. More
