15,000 mile service I requested that the 15,000 mile service routine be performed on my 2016 Pilot. Service rep was polite, and sincerely interested in my concerns. Mecha I requested that the 15,000 mile service routine be performed on my 2016 Pilot. Service rep was polite, and sincerely interested in my concerns. Mechanic thoroughly checked the vehicle and quickly performed all required tasks. The fee was reasonable, and I experienced nothing but professionalism and complete customer care from all involved, including the dealership cashier. More
Worst Service Ever Brought car in for service (intermittently stopped running when i hit a bump). Service department told me it was my aftermarket alarm system and remo Brought car in for service (intermittently stopped running when i hit a bump). Service department told me it was my aftermarket alarm system and removed the alarm system and charged me for the work. The next day the car quit again, I took it back and they told me a wiring harness wrapping around the frame to the motor was damaged and needed repair. They repaired it and charged me for the work. The next day the car quit again. I took it back and they told me the ignition switch was bad. Since the car quit when I hit bumps I asked them-Did you wiggle the key/switch causing it to quit? They told me YES. They replaced the switch and charged me again for the switch and labor. This time before I left their parking lot i found a bump in their lot and ran over it. My car quit again!!. I took it to a Honda dealer on Gratiot in Roseville (Jeffry). There they found the problem to be a pinched wire between the gas tank and frame. They repaired it and I never had the problem again. I disputed my charge payment for ONLY the $100 it was to cost me for the Alarm re-install. They also contested my dispute and lied about the situation I state above. Ultimately I did not win the $100 dispute but in turn they lost a customer. Myself, friends and family will not patronage their dealership. More
