Terrible parts/accessories experience. On Monday the 13th of October, I visited the dealership for a scheduled maintenance on my 2014 Camry. While inside, I inquired about purchasing new wh On Monday the 13th of October, I visited the dealership for a scheduled maintenance on my 2014 Camry. While inside, I inquired about purchasing new wheels for my vehicle. The representative told me that if I bought wheels, I could look at TireRack.com, and if I ordered through you guys, that I could get a discount. That day, I went to TireRack and found a set of wheels I liked. SportTuning T8 17" wheels were listed at $110 per wheel on the website. I ordered them from Stephen on Wednesday the 15th, and they were received on Thursday the 23rd. On Friday, the 24th, I called Stephen to ask if my wheels were in. He said they came in the night before, so I asked if I could have them installed the next day. He asked what time would work, I asked about 8:30AM and he said see you then. I show up at the Service Lane at 8:30AM that Saturday, only to find out that parts are closed on the weekends. The female parts representative that was there said my visit was scheduled for the following Tuesday at 8:30AM, which is a time that I normally work. I asked to pick up the wheels to have them installed elsewhere, and she said there was no way for that to happen. So I reluctantly rescheduled for that Monday at 8:00AM. Forward to Monday, I show up for the scheduled visit and get the wheels installed. As I'm paying for the service and wheels, I ask to see the price breakdown, and see that I was going to be charged $127.25 per wheel, not only not discounted from the $110.00 that the website listed, but more. I inquired about the price, Stephen went to the back and drew up a new quote, this time with the wheels priced at $100 per. Overall a very bad experience in getting accessories for my first new car that I bought from Jim Norton Toyota. It will definitely leave me to think twice before considering additional services here. I went in today to the sales department and he was the first one to acknowledge me. He was very nice and helpful. I actually needed help with something in my car. He told me that I might of had to go to the next department across from the sales department but first he stated that he could try to help which to me means a lot because he could have easily not tried to help and just send me to the next department but he first decided to try to help me. Which he did and solved the problem. I am very pleased with his customer service. He did more that what he should have. I am very pleased and I will recommend him to any of my friends looking for a vehicle. Great Customer Service! More
After literally being run off last week for not having an appointment, I returned today with an appointment to have a one year old car serviced. I have found that the sales people say one thing and then when you buy the car, the service people say something different and there are conditions. Service is average at best. More
I bought my Tundra brand new in 2010 and got the extended warranty and tire warranty. At 41K miles the gave me a brand new set of BF Goodrich tires according to the warranty. My truck was due for the 60K mil warranty and tire warranty. At 41K miles the gave me a brand new set of BF Goodrich tires according to the warranty. My truck was due for the 60K mile check up but I was busy with work and couldn't make it until I had nearly 70K miles. I was absolutely sure that they would tell me my warranty was void because I hadn't kept up with my end of the warranty, but when I brought my truck in for service the told me it would still only cost $350 and they were going to put on another brand new set of tires since my tread was getting low. The service manager was very understanding and really helped me out with no questions asked. I would recommend this dealership for anyone who is considering buying any car, not just a Toyota. I am definitely going to buy my next truck from Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa. These guys are absolutely amazing! More
This was the friendliest and most helpful dealership that I have ever dealt with, from service to sales and there knowledge of there products. Jim Norton Toyota employees had it fixed and back on the road within a hour after checking in. This was a great dealership with a top rated customer service team..... David Holmes checked us in quickly and Lee Heffner has sold me on buying a Toyota Highlander and trading in my Cadilac. Our family had a great experience! Thank you guys.... More
I am a very dissatisfied customer . You guys always nickel and dime me. Well you did it for the last time. I am in the tires and engine for life program , every time I come in it's always outrageous th nickel and dime me. Well you did it for the last time. Check out Jim Norton (Lawton or Tulsa) and ask for Samuel before going to the OKC or Dallas. Samuel, our sales agent, was amazing. We actually had gone in for an oil change for our 2007 Prius. He was very respectful when he asked us if we had considered trading it in. I told him, I'd thought about it, and he asked what we were interested in. I told him another Prius. He asked what options we liked. After about 15 minutes he had three cars to show me, one of which was perfect, and he was able to work with the finance people to get the price and payment what we desired. They even paid Tags and Tax, and we still got a remarkable deal (I've checked it out on Truecar.com and carious other sites). We purchased our first Prius from Bob Howard in the City, and although it was a great car, I was disappointed in the service. Everything at Jim Norton has gone smoothly -they're even tinting the windows for me :) More

My mom & I were traveling back to Texas from Minnesota when my car broke down in Tulsa on a Saturday. I called the Jim Norton Dealership and spoke with the service manager, Bob Hallam, who list Minnesota when my car broke down in Tulsa on a Saturday. I called the Jim Norton Dealership and spoke with the service manager, Bob Hallam, who listened to my ordeal. I explained to him that I understand that the service department would be closed on Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day weekend), but that I only left enough food out for my animals to survive until Sunday. He said he understood and would do everything he could to get my car repaired that day. I had it towed in from the hotel that morning and he had it examined- it turned out to be the water pump. They had the part in stock and he had it fixed that same afternoon!!! I will never forget what Bob did for me and my family. It was a blessing! If you live in Tulsa, or if your car breaks down in Tulsa, I highly recommend this dealership for your Toyota. Cheri Teague More
