Justin Mayer was an EXCELLENT person to work with! He was friendly, not pushy, and helped out in every way that he knew how. I came in with very specific guidelines about what I wanted in a car within a certain amount of money, and he tried with everything in him to get to where I would purchase my car - and I did! It was slightly higher than what I intended, but I got a newer, fully loaded car that I wasn't planning on getting for only about 500 dollars more than what I planned. Justin did an amazing job. I would refer anyone to him at any time to purchase a car! Nick was also great. He was helpful and knew his profession well. I would recommend either of them at any time to my family and friends. I brought my '98 4Runner in for a typical repair. The exterior hatch handle is made of plastic. It cracked and then broke so the hatch will not open. I asked them if they can fix it. The guy said they exterior hatch handle is made of plastic. It cracked and then broke so the hatch will not open. I asked them if they can fix it. The guy said they can fix ANYTHING, they are the dealer. They charge me $100 to look at it and then tell me its going to be expensive, but they promise to apply the $100 to my repair bill if I get it fixed. As an example, the service guy tells me that last week a 2004 Sequoia was repaired with the same problem and it cost around $300. After looking at my handle for an hour, they shoot me a repair estimate of around $980. I feel like I just got robbed of $100. I should have asked them if they WANTED to fix my hatch handle....because its obvious that they do not. I ordered the part for $66 from another dealer and I'll install it myself. Sure wish I had never paid JIM NORTON TOYOTA any money at all. More

When we were in the market for a new car, everyone we knew told us Jim Norton Toyota was the best and they were right. We had first emailed in for a quote on a new Corolla and Richard had emailed us back knew told us Jim Norton Toyota was the best and they were right. We had first emailed in for a quote on a new Corolla and Richard had emailed us back right away even though it was almost 11pm at night! We decided to go in and test drive a couple of Camry's and ended up with a 2011 with 7,000 miles. I love it! They told us the best deal they could make on the car, which is the same they offered another couple who were looking at it. Luckily we bought it first. :) The sales manager, Ramey, was very nice and so was Thomas who was the finance manager. Overall we had a great experience and would definately buy here again. More
I called the Dealer ship and asked if they had any Scion XB's in stock and Jim Cobb informed me that they did so I told him that I was on my way to look at the XB. I was greeted immediately and asked if XB's in stock and Jim Cobb informed me that they did so I told him that I was on my way to look at the XB. I was greeted immediately and asked if I need help when I arrived. I asked for Mr. Cobb. I greeted warmly and I told Jim that wanted to test drive the XB and XD. Jim was not a pushy or overbearing salesman he was friendly and very informative when I had a question about the vehicle. I drove the XB the XD and the Yaris. I decided on the XD Release 4.0 Pearl. Mike David took over and was very nice and friendly as well. I purchased the extended warranty, the Gap Insurance and then Window Etching. I am very excited about my new automobile and would definitely recommend Jim Cobb and Mike David to anyone I know interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More

This is my second review on Edmunds.com, the first was of the terrible experience that I had trying to purchase from Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. On a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a -4. Working with Jim the terrible experience that I had trying to purchase from Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. On a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a -4. Working with Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa was terrific however. On a scale of 1 - 10, they are easily over the 10 scale. First of all, everyone knows that it is a hassle to purchase a car. From research and test drives, to offers and acceptances. Jim Norton Toyota makes this a breeze. I filled out an inquiry for a vehicle on edmunds.com and had a response within an hour from a salesman that valued my time. I let him know about the pricing research that I had completed and that I was soliciting competitive offers from local dealerships. "Not a problem", they said. Without even questioning what my best offer to date was, boom, they beat them all with their first quote. (under the edmunds.com TMV by the way). Awesome team at Jim Norton. No pressure, respectful, hassle free, NO GAMES, and an awesome coffee bar inside to boot. Hans and Will in sales, and Christopher in F&I were truly partnering with us rather than exploiting us as so many dealerships do. What a refreshing change! I will be purchasing another vehicle in the next 6 month's and it will definitely be from them. One last thing. There are two Toyota dealerships within 15 miles of my home city. I asked each of them to compete for my business and both declined to do so via phone. "Come on in", they said. "We'll win your business". In car dealership code this means, let me get you in a room where I can waste your time for hours while I constantly say, "no, we can't accept that amount". I spoke by phone and text with Will and Hans and we came to an agreement on price within minutes. No more sweaty rooms with uncomfortable chairs with the, "let me check with my sales manager" statements every time you try to negotiate a better price. Did I mention NO GAMES? Jim Norton is over 140 miles away from my home and I would drive twice that far to deal with these guys again. More
